Field & Feather Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you and your little ones to love what you buy from Field & Feather. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed items in original condition and packaging. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, with tags (if applicable).

To start a return, please contact us at support@fieldfeather.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions if your item is eligible.

🔁 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us and we’ll help you with the process.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Underwear or swimwear

Sale items

Gift cards

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
