When will my bag ship?

All pre-sale orders ship in late November 2025.

All orders ship from our Australian warehouse.

Where are your products made?

We partner with trusted suppliers to source items, many of which are made in China and tested for comfort & durability. Every piece is handpicked and designed by our team to ensure the highest quality bags

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3 – 20 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
