Field & Feather Refund Policy

We want you and your family to love what you buy from Field & Feather. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

if your Field & Feather Bag has arrived damaged or defective - please reach out.

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed items in original condition and packaging. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, with tags (if applicable).

To start a return, please contact us at support@fieldfeather.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions if your item is eligible.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
